Youth Ambassadors
About
The Diocesan Youth Leadership Team is a community of youth ambassadors from across the diocese who meet once a month for a night of Adoration, music, witness-sharing, prayer, formation, and fellowship. Outside of the monthly meetings, the team has opportunities to participate as leaders at various events around the diocese including but not limited to dances, hikes, Holy Hours, and the annual youth rally. The team is a great opportunity for teens to meet and network with other teens from across the diocese, in addition to growing in their faith and giving back to the community through ministry to their peers.
Mission Statement
The Diocesan Youth Leadership Team (“Youth Ambassadors”) is a forum for Catholic youth evangelization in Western Massachusetts. Youth Ambassadors are trained in ministry skills and work together to give back to their communities, providing opportunities for their peers to find intentional community through a relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church.
Admissions
Admissions are rolling while the calendar is set year over year. Anyone may apply at any time to join the team. Youth do not need to apply every year, but parents must complete the waiver each year when it is available. Additional waivers may need to be completed for specific events not on the calendar.
